The Edge of Auburn Phase 1-2 project, a single-family subdivision awarded in October 2021 and completed in 2023. It was comprised of 340 acres and 538 lots. Our scope involved installing more than 46,000 linear feet of water and sewer main, 540 services, 140 manholes, and 60 fire hydrants. The project also featured the installation of a complete pump station package with an additional 22,000 feet of offsite water and forcemain.
Edge of Auburn Phase 3-5, key components included an additional 30,000 linear feet of water and sewer main, 350 services, 86 manholes, and 34 fire hydrants. The overall success of the project was determined by staying on schedule so that the owner could deliver lots on-time.
