In January of 2017, Bruce founded Bruce Allen Construction Company with a vision to trade on his reputation and build a company that doesn’t only produce quality work, but is also a great environment to work in. Bruce brings his knowledge of the industry to the team to provide leadership and direction not only in business, but in our community as well.

Bruce began his professional career in the United States Marine Corps where he served on Force Reconnaissance team. He later began his career in construction by working as a NCDOT Inspector, Surveyor, Project Engineer, Estimator, Regional Manager and eventually Vice President.

​

When he is not working, Bruce enjoys spending time with his family at the lake, attending baseball games with his son, horse-riding lessons and gymnastics with his daughters.

​

Bruce earned his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on Strategy and Leadership from The University of North Carolina. He also qualifies and maintains a North Carolina Unclassified General Contractors License. He is also an active member of the Carolinas Association of General Contractors.

Brian has been with Bruce Allen Construction Company since its inception. He is the Vice President of Preconstruction as well as a Partner in the business. His nearly 20 years of construction experience gives him the ability to produce high quality, competitive bids and has helped Bruce Allen Construction Company become a major player in the market.

He began his construction career in Wilmington, NC and after 6 years, he returned to the Raleigh market to continue his focus on estimating and project management.

​

When he is not working, he enjoys being active, spending time with his family, and attending his son’s sporting events.

​

Brian is a Raleigh native and is a graduate of North Carolina State University. He is an active member of the Carolina Association of General Contractors, and the National Utility Contractor Association.

Bradley joined his older brother Bruce, in 2019, coming on board as the Executive Vice President & Partner. His leadership capabilities ensure the company’s targets are met in overall field operations, schedules, quality, and safety.

​

Prior to joining the Bruce Allen team Brad accrued over a decade of construction experience working as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Manager and Executive sponsor on projects ranging from $1M to $120M.

​

In his free time, you can find Brad spending time with his family on a ballfield or court coaching one of his 3 beautiful daughters.

​

Bradley graduated from Kansas State University’s College of Engineering with a bachelor’s degree in construction science management.

 

He is an active member of the Carolinas Association of General Contractors, National Utility Contractors Association, the Downtown Raleigh Alliance, Society of American Military Engineers, Knights of Columbus & the Kanas State University Alumni Club.
