Calyx Senior Living

The Calyx Assisted Living project in Apex involves extensive site preparation and utilities installation for a new assisted living facility on a 4-acre site. Major tasks include clearing, erosion control, cutting and hauling off of over 58,000 cubic yards of material, installation of more than 5,000 Lf of utilities, a large underground detention system, curb, stone, asphalt, and sidewalk installation. The keys to the success of this project are logistics, schedule maintenance, and communication with the client due to it being a complex and very condensed site.
